PS3 Controller Pictures released
So at E3 yesterday Sony unveiled what the new PS3 controller would look like after so many people kicked up a fuss over the boomerang style they were originally planning to release..
Seems that they have gone back to the original Dual Shock style and updated it a bit. Adding Wireless as standard and a tilt motion sensor much like the new Nintendo Wii’s will be.. Nintendo Said “Imitation is the sincerest form of flattery.”
The new Dual Shock 3 has also lost the vibrate function because it interferes with sensors.. But its Bluetooth, not infrared, and lighter than the original Dual Shocks.

The prices and release date were also confirmed..
The PS3 will be released in Japan on November 11, and the United States on November 17, 2006. Like the Xbox 360, the PS3 will come in two configurations, one with a 20GB hard drive and one with a 60GB hard drive.
The 20GB will retail for $499 in the US (59800 yen in Japan, 499 euros in Europe), and the 60GB model will retail for $549 (open price in Japan, 599 euros in Europe).
