Pillow 1
Pillow 2

You can add this to the list of geeky pillows i want, along with the Adobe ones that were around a while ago.
I’ll have to make a big post up about all the house accessories I’d like to have some time.

For now though, if you want one of these yourself, they’re available from Craftsquatch on Etsy for $15.00.

This cozy pillow is made with the softest fleece and filled with the fluffiest polyester filling to make it perfectly squeezable yet firm.

It is a 100% hand crafted, 12″x12″ square pillow is based on the icon for the Really Simple Syndication web feed many of us use in our day to day interneting.

Whether on your bed or near your computer, it is perfect for snuggling after a productive day, or to pound your fists into after a not so great one.

3650 days left to save the world

Check out this short video by ubik, featuring the song ‘Treeology’ by Shady Bard.

I love the mix between live action and animation used to create it.

A short film for mtv worldwide to help raise awareness of the effects of global warming. A combination of live action and animation. A globe in a classroom was shot on 16mm which was then tracked and populated with cg toy-like clouds, cars, planes, and cities.

This is a great short inspiational film for the site grasshopper.com.
I love stuff like this, great music to go with it too from Carly Comando.

Grasshopper empowers entrepreneurs to succeed with an Advanced Number that helps their small business sound more professional.

You may remember Carly Comando’s music from the 2006 video ‘Noah takes a photo of himself every day for 6 years.’ Seen below.

f is for fail

High-flying ups and sideways-spiraling downs. False starts and fresh starts. The creative process can be unpredictable. Brent Barson’s short film F is for Fail is the story of one person’s creative roller coaster, told through type in an evocative A to Z.

Earlier on today a Cult of Mac received this image from a ‘trusted source’, beleiving that it was a sneak peak of a possible new Mac Netbook.

Of course, it wasn’t long before the rumors were put down and the true identity revealed.
It is infact a 3/4 scale model made out of wood, with real working hinges, hand drawn dock, icons and trackpad.
It features a magnetically-attached screen that has a pull-tab which when pulled reveals a hand drawn film strip chock full of other exciting things Macs can do.
